Time for another reader questions post! Today's question is one that I have been getting a lot lately.
A lot of people have been asking me what I eat for dinner within the strict Paleo guidelines. So, today, I am going to SHOW you and TELL you what some of my favorite Paleo meal are. Here are my top three with one bonus at the end!
In my final installment of My Struggle With Food, I'd like to give you my personal strategies for conquering my food cravings. As you already know, food addictions and overeating led me to an extremely unhealthy time in my life, where I found myself at 350 pounds and miserable.
Now, nearly 110 pounds later, I've learned a lot about how to control and even eliminate certain cravings. By now, you know that I am on the Paleo eating plan, but I've been able to experiment and really see which aspects of this plan have truly helped me. Today, I will share three simple steps that have demolished my intense food cravings and can help you too!
Most of you know that I am in the midst of a Whole 30 Paleo plan, as seen in my previous blog post, My Current Eating Plan - Whole 30 Paleo. I am currently on Day 22. So, since I am now well over half way through my Whole 30 Plan, I'd like to give an update on how I'm doing.

By far, my eating plan has been the key to my weight loss success.
For the past year or so, I have been strictly following some of the most basic "Paleo" concepts. Even so, there are many foods that are "on the fence" that I have not been as strict about (e.g., Potatoes, Dairy).
Generally, the last few pounds(30 for me) are the hardest to lose. Over the past few months, this has certainly been true for me. Because of this, I have decided to adopt a much more strict eating plan to help break my current "plateau". "Read More" below....
