I've gone almost paleo... Yes, even though I laughed at this at first, I'm on the "caveman diet". Basically, this means that I'm eating a lot of REAL foods: meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and lots of water. What I don't eat anymore is processed foods, chief among them being any type of bread or wheat containing product. Though I do drink the occasional black coffee, I religiously drink only water.
