The month of February was interesting. I did make the commitment to cut out all grains, sugar, and potatoes and I certainly saw some movement in the scale. Here is my weigh-in for March 1:
Fortunately, I did stick to my no sugar, no grains portion of this diet and I have felt way better because of it. I plan on maintaining these successes and getting rid of the french fries again!
