Approx. Body Fat %- 33%
The number that I'm more proud of is my "waist measurement" reduction. All of the health studies I have seen say that subcutaneous belly fat is one of the more significant factors in determining overall health. The more you have, the more risk you have for all kinds of deadly diseases and conditions. So, to lose 13" of what was certainly way too much belly fat is really good for my health.
Finally, you'll notice that I've now added Body Fat % to my list. My new scale gives this new measurement and I thought it would be interesting to track this now that I am so close to my goal.
Where are you on your journey? I'd love to be a resource to others who are ready to start. Leave a comment below and let me know your story.
