-Stick to Whole 30 rules (except for high fat dairy)
-Intermittent fasting at least 3 days a week. (with bulletproof coffee)
-Body weight strength training twice a week
-Sprints twice a week.
There are several reasons I am crafting this plan.
1. I am still struggling with junk food cravings.
2. I.F. has always worked to jump start my weight loss, and I would like to be back below 240 by the end of the summer.
3. I am interested in crafting a really efficient exercise plan that is healthy, but doesn't dominate my life.
