Starting Weight: 350 lbs
Last week's weight: 292.2 lbs
This week's weight: 290.2 lbs
This weeks loss: 2 lbs (by the way, I was on vacation, on a cruise this week) :-)
Total Weight Loss: 59.8 lbs (17%)
I definitely tried to stay on my plan this week this week, but I had no idea that I'd actually lose 2 lbs while on a cruise. Maybe I should write a book, "How to Lose on a Cruise"...haha. Thanks for reading, and, as always, please feel free to comment below!
