I've always said that you could pinpoint exactly when my previous diets have failed based on when I stopped tracking my weight. There's something about stepping on the scale every week that keeps me from straying too far from my plan. Add to that the commitment to share this number with the world (or, at least my blog audience) and there is no chance I am going to fall back into an unhealthy lifestyle.
Ok, so here we go....This week I am posting just my weight, so you will know exactly how much I have gained back. In the next few weeks, I will most likely add in the other measurements.
