Weekly Progress Numbers
I'm keeping in mind that this is somewhat of an experiment on my part, so I'm interested to try to figure out why my weight is back up again. I stuck to my overall plan, but I did up my carbs slightly as a way of finding my own carb tolerance. (There is a chapter on this in Keto Clarity) I will most likely take a harder look at my carb / protein / fat ratio to make sure I am in an optimal fat burning mode. As always, I am not making a rash judgement based on one week's weight gain, but I will try to tweak my diet to bring it back down. I'm so ready to be out of the 240's...
