Weekly Progress Numbers
Yesterday, I implemented my first "high carb" day in since I've started on my ketosis journey. This included a baked potato, corn chips, and some all natural gelato. I've heard from various sources that this may be beneficial for weight loss, as long as it doesn't lead down a slippery slope!
Now, I plan on getting back into ketosis as quick as possible to see how this will affect my weight loss. The daily weigh-ins will help me track exactly what this is doing to my weight. Stay tuned next Sunday for an update on this.
