This Week's Weight Loss Numbers
So, I am VERY happy with my number this week. I plan on sticking to my compressed eating window for another week at least to see what effect it has on my weight loss.
Another idea I have been thinking about is intentionally trying to build some lean muscle mass. I have NEVER been a fan of going to the gym and lifting weights, but I may try to devote one hour a week to some low level weight lifting to build muscle where the fat used to be. I would like to do this without significantly increasing my appetite and food intake...we will see. :-)
