Time once again for my weekly weigh-in. Thanks for checking in here each week to keep me accountable as I continue my weight loss journey.. Here are the numbers...

Starting Weight: 350 lbs (August 1, 2012)
Last week's weight: 269.0 lbs

This week's weight: 266.4

The weeks weight loss: 2.6 lbs lost
Total Weight Loss: 83.4

Goal weight: 220 lbs. (46.4 lbs to go!)

This was probably one of my most stressful weeks at work, so I'm very happy that I was able to lose 2.4 lbs this week! I half expected that I wouldn't lose anything, so this was a great surprise.

So far, I'm still on track to reach that 100lb mark before August...check back each week to see my progress!
