Time for this week's weigh-in! Thanks so much for checking in and keeping me accountable to my weight loss and health goals. This week marked the beginning of summer for me. If you haven't already read my summer health goals, you can read them here: My Summer Health and Fitness Goals. So, lets look at my numbers to start the summer... This Week's Weight Loss NumbersCountdown To Goal: 22.4 lbs To Go!This is a noticeable gain on the scale, but I don't think that I actually gained fat this week. First, I have spent the entire week focusing on my hydration. I've been feeling a bit dehydrated lately, so I made a concerted effort this week to increase my water intake. Second, I started my strength training regimen this week, so I'd like to think that I am gaining some muscle mass. Overall, I feel like I probably maintained this week, but just saw an uptick on the scale for these and other various reasons. I suspect that my number next week will be much lower. We will see...
