Countdown To Goal: 22.8 lbs To Go!
I did one strength training session this week and two 1.5 mile runs, so I'm feeling good about my new exercise regimen. As far as diet, it had been going very well. I have been upping my carbs lately because of all of the delicious fruits that have been appearing at the grocery store, so I may consider cutting back on some of the higher carb fruits. I'm not fretting too much, but I do want to be smart about my carb intake to help with my weight goals.
On a personal note, I want to thank everyone for the support I've received as I have finished the My Struggle With Food series.
