This week's weight: 267.2
The weeks weight loss: 0.8 gained
Total Weight Loss: 82.6
Goal weight: 220 lbs. (47.2 to go!)
Like I said in my last post, weighing in every week is crucial to preventing major weight gain. I gained this week, but the key is to keep going and not let this be a trend. Though I'm not going to stress about gaining less than a pound, I am going to let this motivate me to increase my exercise amount, which has suffered over the past month. I feel like this will get me back to losing again.
