I'm very happy to be back in the negative this week! I didn't really implement anything drastic, but I was trying to be mindful of my eating and activity.
It's very exciting for me to be closing in on that 100lbs lost mark, not just because of the big milestone, but also because I honestly can't remember ever weighing that little, even in high school. I think my first driver's license said 260. I have been obese for as long as I can remember... This is where I truly go into uncharted territory, where my BMI is likely the lowest it's ever been....very exciting!
