Looks like I'm back on track this week. It's so dissapointing to be losing the same pounds again that I lost before, but it's also good to see that my changes I made this week worked. Hopefully I can keep up a 2 lb weight loss each week to reach my summer goal...I was very close this week. Check back next week to see how I do!
